(1) Responsibilities:

1. Manage the company's accounts, be responsible for account opening registration, account cancellation and cancellation, and management of relevant bank documents;

2. Responsible for bank settlement business, check all kinds of bank balances on time and accurately, clear up unreceived accounts in a timely manner, make inventory and registration in a timely manner, ensure that the actual accounts and account certificates are consistent, and prepare a bank adjustment balance sheet;

3. Check the bank journals in a timely manner to ensure the accuracy and safety of fund receipts and payments;

4. Responsible for the reimbursement of expenses approved in accordance with relevant regulations, carefully review the original vouchers of various reimbursements or expenditures, and refuse to go through the reimbursement procedures for those who violate relevant regulations;

5. Responsible for the payment of wages, bonuses and various subsidies to employees;

6. Assist the accountant to do related work and complete other work assigned by the leader.

(2) Job requirements:

1. Fresh graduates in 2022 (accounting primary qualification certificate is preferred);

2. Economics and management related majors;

3. Understand the relevant laws and regulations of finance, taxation, etc., and be able to accept daily business affairs (going out: banks or tax agencies, etc.);

4. Have a strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and rigorous work, strong work execution, good communication skills and team spirit, willing to think and dare to suggest;

5. Strong writing skills, familiar with using Kingdee software and office software, etc.

6. College degree or above
